Leadership Philosophy

1.Pursue the 'Right Answer'

A through robust debate, data-backed decisions, and the humility to let go of ones ego for the better judgment call. Challenge your own ideas, speak up candidly, and embrace intellectual honesty.

2.Speed Matters

Most decisions are reversible. The cost of delay often outweighs the cost of being wrong. Be mindful of one-way decisions, but move with calculated speed and agility when you can change direction.

3.Be Strategic and Operational

Being a strategic leader also means being connected to operational details. There is no ‘not my job’. Roll up your sleeves, ask questions, audit expectations and unravel what’s beyond the surface level descriptions.

4.Be Curious

Be curious, use data and be skeptical when metrics and anecdote differ. Be willing to challenge when things don’t make sense. Ambiguity is not to be feared but relentlessly removed.

5.Incremental Wins

Big victories stem from small wins on the path towards your big vision. Claw ground forward, mitigate risks through continuous learning, pressure test and recognize that no idea is perfect.

6.Embracing Diversity

Hiring diverse talent brings varied perspectives and drives bigger results. Enrich teams and open up to new opportunities by appreciating diversity and embracing differences.

7.Global Mindset

Recognize and respect cultural differences without exaggeration or dismissal. What works in one place may not work elsewhere.

8.Embrace Creativity

Data helps you understand the story, but art helps you paint the picture. Teams are at their best when work helps feed the soul. Find passion and excellence in everything you do.

9.Resilience

"It's not a sin to get knocked down; it's a sin to stay down " - Carl Brashear" Embrace setbacks, learn from failures, and respond with strength. Success often stems from the ability to bounce back, adapt, and persevere.
