Under Brad's leadership at Amazon Japan, he directed the competitive and retail strategy, overseeing areas like training, exports, pricing, selection optimization, supply chain, and business intelligence.

Guiding the export eCommerce business, Brad achieved a 15% YoY growth to $15 million through initiatives like expanding selection, launching product page improvements, and enhancing offerings in North America and APAC.

Securing $40 million in entitlement, Brad drove changes in supply chain optimization and expanded Prime-exclusive products. Managing a Japan-wide change exercise, he implemented a new training curriculum and improved talent acquisition practices.

From 2018 to 2019, Brad led a centralized technical group for Amazon Japan, managing Pricing, Competitive Strategy, Selection and Inventory, Exports, and Business Intelligence. His team played a pivotal role in executing the retail strategy for the $22 billion marketplace.

In the Amazon Japan Export initiative, Brad's leadership contributed to an impressive 18% YoY growth in exports, totaling $154 million. Expanding the selection to 4.5 million SKUs and launching three pricing products significantly increased profitability, with a projected $38 million in entitlement for 2019. Brad's leadership ensured Amazon Japan's prominence in e-commerce innovation.
